How I work
Whoever walks into my office almost always brings a worry: a family that is changing, a parent who needs help, a disputed inheritance, a debt that is not paid, damage suffered. For me, a lawyer's first task is to listen carefully and give back clarity.
That is why I explain every step in plain words, tell you frankly which outcomes are realistic and which are not, and keep you updated throughout. When an agreement is possible and worthwhile, I look for it: it is often the fastest, least expensive and most peaceful route. When necessary, I represent you firmly before the judge.

Everything you tell me is covered by professional secrecy. Before any work begins you will receive a written quote with clear financial terms, so that you can decide calmly.

The Studio Legale Racchi is in Trieste, at Via Amilcare Ponchielli, 3. I see clients by appointment, at the office or by video call for those who cannot travel. Consultations are held in Italian.
